ABOUT
Light Club Lamp Shop is a cocktail lounge and music venue at 12 North Winooski Avenue in Burlington, connected to neighboring Radio Bean. The venue has a capacity of 99 and is decorated with hundreds of vintage lamps hanging from the ceiling. It operates Friday and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. as a 21+ venue.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The space hosts DJs, live music, and dance events in a setting that blends speakeasy atmosphere with eclectic bohemian decor. DJ Taka holds a weekly residency on Friday and Saturday nights. Programming ranges from local acts to touring artists and Radio Bean graduates, with the intimate, lamp-lit room transforming into a dance club on weekend nights. Craft cocktails are the drink focus.
HISTORY
Light Club Lamp Shop opened in November 2014 as a sister venue to Radio Bean, both owned by Lee Anderson. The concept was designed as a craft cocktail destination and vintage lamp lounge. Together with Radio Bean and the restaurant Duino! (Duende), the three connected venues at 8-12 North Winooski Avenue form a bohemian micro-district in downtown Burlington.
