Amica Mutual Pavilion (formerly Dunkin' Donuts Center, "The Dunk") is New England's premier 14,000-seat multi-use arena in downtown Providence. Home to Providence College Friars basketball and the Providence Bruins hockey team. The venue features 31,000 square feet of arena space, 20 luxury suites, and connects via sky-bridge to the Rhode Island Convention Center.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The AMP hosts major touring concerts, college basketball, professional hockey, family shows, wrestling, and special events. The Friars maintain an all-time record of 615-236 (.722) at home. The arena can be configured for center stage concerts, ice, dirt, basketball, and trade shows with state-of-the-art video and sound systems.

HISTORY

Opened November 3, 1972 as the Providence Civic Center, built on an old jewelry factory site for $13 million. First-year concerts included Pink Floyd and Frank Sinatra. Became "Dunkin' Donuts Center" in 2001. An $80 million renovation in 2008 added new seats, video displays, and luxury suites. Renamed Amica Mutual Pavilion in September 2022 when the Lincoln, RI-based insurer purchased naming rights.
