FOX THEATER AT FOXWOODS

The Fox Theater at Foxwoods is a 1,400-seat performance venue inside the Foxwoods Resort Casino on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation reservation in southeastern Connecticut. The theater has been renamed the Great Cedar Showroom and is the same physical space as VEN-003. It features plush seating, clean sightlines, and crisp acoustics in an intimate setting compared to Foxwoods' larger Premier Theater.

The Great Cedar Showroom (formerly Fox Theater) hosts comedy, live music, and variety performances. The room's relatively compact size creates an intimate experience for national touring comedians and mid-level musical acts. Recent performers include Billy F Gibbons, Tom Papa, Candlebox, and Switchfoot. The box office opens only on event days.

Foxwoods Resort Casino was founded by the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, opening as a high-stakes bingo hall in 1986 before expanding into a full casino on February 15, 1992. The entertainment venues were added as part of the resort's expansion. The Fox Theater was later renamed to Great Cedar Showroom to reduce guest confusion about venue locations within the sprawling 9 million square foot resort complex.
