FAIRFIELD
THE WAREHOUSE AT FTC
ABOUT
The Warehouse at FTC is a 640-capacity performance space operated by the Fairfield Theatre Company at 70 Sanford Street in downtown Fairfield. Architecturally designed for maximum flexibility, the industrial-chic venue accommodates seated, standing, and mixed configurations across a wide variety of programming. The space features state-of-the-art construction and staging alongside a classic warehouse aesthetic.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Programming includes larger touring musical acts, comedy shows, and special events that exceed the capacity of FTC's smaller StageOne room. The Warehouse hosts rock, pop, folk, tribute bands, and comedy in both seated and general admission formats. The venue's configurable layout allows it to adapt to different performance styles and audience sizes.
HISTORY
Opened in 2015, The Warehouse is the second and larger performance space built by the Fairfield Theatre Company on its downtown Fairfield campus. The venue was designed to complement StageOne (225 capacity) by providing a mid-size room for acts that have outgrown intimate club settings but thrive in spaces under 1,000. The Warehouse has been praised by both artists and audiences for its sound quality and versatile design.
