MAINE SAVINGS PAVILION AT ROCK ROW
ABOUT
Maine Savings Pavilion at Rock Row is an outdoor amphitheater at the Rock Row development in Westbrook, Maine, with a capacity of 8,200. The venue was operated by Waterfront Concerts and served as the largest outdoor concert venue in southern Maine during its operating years.
WHAT TO EXPECT
When active, the pavilion hosted national touring acts across rock, country, and pop genres. The venue was positioned as a complement to the Maine Savings Amphitheater in Bangor, serving the greater Portland market with large-scale outdoor shows.
HISTORY
The pavilion opened in 2019 as a temporary venue within the 110-acre Rock Row mixed-use development. Waterfront Concerts moved shows previously held at Maine State Pier to the new site. FLAG: The venue shut down after 2020 and the owners formally notified the City of Westbrook that no further concerts would take place. The site sits in a planned construction zone. Rock Row plans include an enclosed, four-season replacement venue, but it has not yet been built. The venue's current operational status should be verified.
