EASTHAMPTON
Easthampton is a small Pioneer Valley city that has transformed its former mill district into a hub for arts, music, and creative businesses. The city punches above its weight culturally.
Luthier's Co-op is a singular venue — a stringed instrument repair shop by day, a free live music bar by night, with acts Tuesday through Saturday. The Blue Room at City Space programs curated concerts and events. Marigold Theater offers cabaret, dance, and live performance. Flywheel Arts Collective rounds out the scene with DIY and community-driven programming.
Easthampton's scene has a maker-community ethos. The venues are small, the cover charges are often free, and the programming leans toward adventurous and original. Walk into Luthier's Co-op on a Thursday and you might catch bluegrass, experimental folk, or a comedy showcase.
Tip: Cottage Street is the creative corridor. Luthier's Co-op, restaurants, and galleries are all within walking distance.
