ROYALE BOSTON
ABOUT
Royale Boston is a 1,200-capacity concert and nightclub venue in a former opera house at 279 Tremont Street in Boston's Theatre District. The 33,000-square-foot space, built in 1918, operates as both a live music venue and a weekend nightclub.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect a dual-personality venue: concert nights feature a standing-room floor with balcony viewing in a grand theatrical setting, while weekend late-night programming shifts to a full club atmosphere with DJs and bottle service. The booking covers indie, electronic, hip-hop, and pop acts.
HISTORY
The building was originally the Bradford Ballroom and later operated as the Roxy nightclub. It was relaunched as Royale and partnered with The Bowery Presents to host approximately 100 concerts per year, blending its nightlife and live music programming under one roof.
