ABOUT
The Larcom Theatre is a 600-capacity historic theatre at 13 Wallis St in downtown Beverly. The restored 1912 auditorium has a balcony and is known for its acoustics. It hosts live music, comedy, dance, children's theatre, and variety shows.
WHAT TO EXPECT

HISTORY
The Larcom opened on October 28, 1912. Brothers Harris and Glover Ware built it and named it for Lucy Larcom, the 19th-century Beverly poet whose birthplace stood at the same Wallis Street address. The Le Grand David Spectacular Magic Company bought and restored the theatre in 1984 and performed there from 1985 to 2012. Beverly residents Don and Lisa Crowell bought the theatre in September 2016, restored it, and made it a multi-arts venue.
