OAK BLUFFS

Oak Bluffs is a town on Martha's Vineyard with a historic open-air venue that hosts seasonal concerts and events.

The Tabernacle is a wrought-iron open-air structure built in 1879 as part of the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association. During summer, it hosts concerts, community sing-alongs, and special events beneath its distinctive octagonal roof.

The Tabernacle is architecturally and acoustically unique — an open-air iron pavilion surrounded by gingerbread cottages. Performances here carry a sense of history and place that no other venue in the state can match.

Tip: Oak Bluffs is accessible by ferry from Woods Hole, Falmouth, Hyannis, or New Bedford. The Tabernacle is walkable from the ferry terminal.
