RUSTIC BREWING COMPANY

Rustic Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom at 34 Front Street, Studio G21, in the Indian Orchard neighborhood of Springfield, Massachusetts. The taproom occupies the basement of an 1800s mill building, the old Indian Orchard Mills, accessed by pulling open a nondescript door and descending worn wooden stairs.

Expect a cozy, hidden-gem taproom experience with 9 taps featuring NEIPAs, milkshake-style IPAs, stouts, and sours. Beer is available in cans or growlers, and rotating food trucks serve outside. The intimate setting offers a contrast to larger Springfield venues.

Rustic Brewing was founded in 2018 by Jared Methe and Todd Kopiec. The brewery started by serving beer with food trucks and selling cans on weekends. Their renovated taproom had a soft opening on June 10, 2022, attended by Mayor Domenic Sarno, with a grand opening the following day. The brewery has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Breweries in Western Massachusetts.
