Two Weeks Notice Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom at 110 Bosworth Street in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The brewery specializes in hop-forward ales and is co-owned by head brewer Mark Avery and business partner Derek Upson.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect a casual taproom atmosphere with craft beer on tap, board games, trivia nights, giant Jenga, and food from the Freesheez kitchen serving pub-style snacks and signature tacos inside the taproom. Food trucks are also frequently on-site. The patio is pet-friendly.
HISTORY
Two Weeks Notice Brewing was founded by Mark Avery, who began his brewing journey with a home kit from his wife and won the Worthy Brewfest competition. Mark named the company after his dream of quitting his desk job to open a brewery. The taproom opened around 2019-2020 in West Springfield and celebrated its first anniversary with a packed house and a line stretching into the parking lot.
