PEARL STREET NIGHTCLUB

Pearl Street Nightclub is a live music and dance venue at 10 Pearl Street in Northampton, Massachusetts, operated by the Iron Horse Entertainment Group (IHEG). The venue has two performance rooms: the Ballroom and the Clubroom, with a combined capacity of approximately 700 people. It is one of the primary large-capacity concert venues in the Pioneer Valley.

The Ballroom hosts national touring acts across rock, electronic, hip-hop, jam, and indie genres, while the Clubroom books smaller shows and DJ nights. The venue has also housed sub-venues over the years including 10 Below and Universal Joint. Shows range from standing-room concerts to dance events.

Pearl Street was added to IHEG's portfolio in 1998 by Eric Suher, who had previously acquired the Iron Horse Music Hall in 1994 and the Calvin Theatre in 1996. The venue became a key anchor in Northampton's live music ecosystem, hosting thousands of touring acts over more than two decades. Pearl Street's liquor license faced cancellation proceedings in 2023 as part of broader changes in IHEG's venue operations.
