MASON

Mason is a small rural town in Hillsborough County just a few miles from Nashua, tucked among rolling green hills. An unlikely live music destination, it has gained a regional following thanks to a converted driving range that now hosts concerts and events.

The Range started as Marty's Driving Range over 25 years ago and evolved into a concert venue, restaurant, and bar. It books an easygoing lineup of live music, comedy nights, and community events with a full-service bar and American restaurant, alongside the still-operational golf driving range.

The Range has a backyard-party atmosphere that works because of its rural setting. You drive out to the New Hampshire woods, hit some balls, eat dinner, and catch a show. It is the opposite of a polished urban venue, and that is the appeal.

Tip: The Range is at 96 Old Turnpike Road. It is a drive-to destination with no walkable surroundings, so plan accordingly.
